I had another dream where I was lost with the cast of LOST. We were staying on the beach and there was a hurricane/flood and it was really really intense. It was also very scary.

This dream actually happened a few nights ago. Bru and I were sitting on a park bench or bus stop bench. We saw two ducks fighting in the air (does that really happen?) and one was injured and fell to the ground right in front of us. We decided to pick it up and take it with us to see if we could help it. We were stranded on a dirt road with nothing but farmland all around us - sounds like Upsala to me. We came upon a huge farm house and decided to go there and ask for help. Right when we got there, we decided that the duck wasn’t going to make it and the only humane thing to do was to euthanize him. Bru did the dirty work and I cried. The owner of the farm saw us do this and it must have moved him or something, because he then decided that we should live with them on the farm. He gave us a tour and there were like 20-30 people living there in a commune type way. We’re like, why not? And decided to stay for awhile. They gave us this bedroom with a HUGE bed - like 10 feet off the ground. That sealed the deal because it was so comfy. I guess we lived happily ever after because when I woke up I felt very content and happy (and a little sad about the duck).

Alright, this dream was a little too real. I was like 7 months pregs and totally cool with it. Everything in my life was just how it is in real life, so it was really surreal. I went in to see the doc and get a check up or something. I’m sitting on the table and he’s doing the ultrasound thing. I can still see the image of the ultrasound screen. It was so real. Anyway, I guess the baby was healthy and a boy. So that’s good I guess. I remember getting a weird feeling as I watched the screen. Up until this point I was really ok with the baby, and then all of a sudden I get this panicked feeling. Like, omg, this is totally my baby. What am I gonna do? Am I going to be a good mother? Then I woke up. It wasn’t a nice experience waking up totally freaked out. The end.

This was a very brief dream. I was with my girlfriends and we were going to Valleyfair. Bru’s parents were there too. Which is very odd. They also offered to pay the admission fees for all of us. When we got to the ticket counter, the price was outrageous! $50 per person. I asked the ticket person why it was so expensive and apparently it was animal lovers day and the fee covers the animal that you brought with. Well, none of us had brought along our pets and so I debated with the ticket counter person that we should get a reduced rate because we are animal-less. She wouldn’t give in and Joe and Laura ended up paying full price. That sucks!

This dream was really freaky. Even now I have chills. So I was down in Georgia with Bru and my parents visiting my extended family. We were staying at this really huge old house. It was mostly cool and partly creepy. One day we decided to swim in the pond/lake that was right behind the house. We were having a good time with all the cousins until I decided to swim down to the bottom of the lake. When I got down there, I saw rows and rows of tombstones. It must have been a cemetery that was flooded. It was so creepy! I hightailed it out of the water and into the house. But there were ghosts in the house. They must have been the ghosts of the people in the cemetery. Oh man! The ghosts followed us everywhere. Apparently, my family had planned out every detail of our trip and printed up itineraries for everyone. The ghosts got ahold of an itinerary and knew where and when we were doing everything. Towards the end, it got to be more annoying than scary. Geez, leave us alone already!

This dream was so detailed and realistic. It was crazy how clear everything looked and the colors were so vibrant! Ok, here it is. It must have been some sort of conference, because there was a ton of people around and we were all killing time until the speaker started. So while we were killing time, we decided to walk around and check out the building. Which I think was the whole point of the conference. There were a bunch of small rooms with wide doorways so you could see into, but not go into. Every room was decorated in a different style. I remember one room had such bright colors and I loved it. It must have been some kind of decorating expo or something of that sort. The time finally comes to go into the main room and hear the speaker. We all shuffle in and try to find an open seat. The center aisle was full of everyone’s shoes, so I assumed that we had to take off our shoes in order to sit down. I noticed that everyone else had their shoes off, so I just joined right in. We go ahead and listen to the speaker and I decide to make myself a little more comfortable. I take off my jean jacket and I’m wearing a cut off Gophers t-shirt (weird). Then I guess I got tired and decided to lay down on the seats next to me. I’m woken up by the speaker calling me out - by name! How does he know my name? Oh wait - it’s my dad! (Which is really crazy because my dad has a terrible fear of public speaking and really doesn’t have that much skill in decorating so I don’t know why he was the keynote speaker) I guess that’s how he ended his speech because the next thing I know, we’re all getting up to go. I was the last one in my row and the last one to get shoes. When I got to the aisle, my shoes were gone! Well, just one shoe, actually. So I spent the remainder of my dream trying to get my shoe back to no avail.

I’ve been away from my computer for the past few days and I haven’t had the chance to post on the dreams I’ve been having. Unfortunately, I have lost most of the memories from those dreams. I do have one that sticks out in my mind though. This is a pretty short one, so get ready. Apparently there was a change at my job and now all of the people in my department are required to live together in a dorm room. And our manager is the RA. This is crazy. Also, I have a co-worker who likes things to be really clean and in this dream she was constantly mad at us for not being clean enough. Where does this stuff come from?

oh man, this dream left me with a bad feeling. A lot of crazy stuff happened and I can’t really remember all of it. I know I was at a coffee shop and the owner gave me a free scone, I left my keys in the ignition of my car and it got stolen, and somehow I ended up in this huge house with pink sinks in the hallway. The strangest thing was that when I went to find my car and I realized that it was stolen, I was walking along a park and I hear meowing. I look around the park and I see like 20 cats all around this one sick cat. I could tell it was sick because its tongue was sticking out. I picked it up and I tried to bring it to the animal rescue group that was holding a fund raiser in the park. I woke up before I got the cat there. Sad, I hope it’s ok.

This dream starts off with me at a jewelry store with my friend Laura. She was looking at getting a ring set - it looked like an engagement/wedding ring set. Which is weird because she’s already married, and in the dream she was wearing the rings she got from Steve. I thought it was strange in my dream too, but I just went with it because I love shopping. So she picked out this hideous big black ring set. It was two really wide black bands with gold trim - yuck! She shows it to me and I’m like “I like the black”. So she decides to get it and we leave the store. We were supposed to meet up with friends at someone’s house, but I made an excuse and hit the road. I walk to my apartment, but I couldn’t get in, so I just hung out in my car for awhile. I guess I got tired of that cause I started walking to the bakery that was across the street. When I got there, a lot of my friends were there and were mad that I didn’t come out earlier. So they decide to do some sort of initiation/punishment. I had to lie on the table and they sprinkled flour on me. It was really weird. It seemed like it was the normal thing to do, I didn’t complain at all. I guess this is what we should do next time someone decides that they’re too cool.

So this dream was pretty crazy and didn’t flow well at all. I’m guessing I had several dreams that got tied together in my memory. It starts off with me at work answering a co-workers questions about some form. I remember feeling pretty annoyed that she didn’t know how to do it. Then jump to my high school cafeteria for some sort of reunion. Which is weird because the school was demolished a few years back, so it’s not plausible at all. Anyway we were sitting there making small talk and finishing our meal when a guy in an army uniform told us to line up our chairs in rows with a center aisle. Then he proceeded to walk up and down the aisle telling us something. I don’t remember what because I was whispering to the people next to me. Jump to a house, which I assume is mine. I’m down in the basement with some friends and their mad at me because we’re late to go somewhere and I’m totally slowing them down. We finally are ready to go and we open the front door and I guess the house is near a beach because right outside is my friend Tim in a jeep on the beach telling us to hurry up. I guess he was driving us somewhere and he didn’t want to be late for work. And that’s basically how it ends - with me looking down the beach. What does that mean?
